11 bit studios will hold a live Q&A about Frostpunk 1886, its full reimagining of the original Frostpunk, on the studio's Discord on 5 November 2026. Game director Maciej Sułecki will answer questions about the game and talk with players about what they want most from the new Frostpunk.

What to Expect
The studio will answer key questions gathered from Discord, Steam comments and social channels, and take new questions live during the broadcast. It plans to give an inside look at development and tease upcoming updates, but says it "won't be able to reveal all information just yet".
Frostpunk 1886 is due in 2027. 11 bit studios describes it as a full reimagining of the survival city builder "packed with new content", and calls it a community-driven title meant to feel like "a proper homecoming for the citizens of New London". Its Revisiting New London dev diaries have already covered topics such as procedurally generated content and redrawn illustrations.
